Oooops!

How many things can you screw up in one blog post?  In my case, apparently, many.  Not only did I write the date wrong – I also forgot to tell you the gauge.  It’s 7 1/2 to 8 st/inch in stockinette.

??? Our own toe socks (hmm… hard to make socks without toes…) are surely a much happier wear; they are also made by skilled folk and often inspected by many on the Flickr site and by Blogfriends worldwide, and, I’d venture to say, made with unsurpassed love and caring… :*)

I kind of like the sound of the knit-in Gold Toe…

I did a pair of faux “gold toe” socks for hubby once. He tends to get gypped, sock wise, though, since he doesn’t wear the ones I make often enough to please me (and since he has size 12 feet and I’m somewhat of an instant gratification girl)…
